Through the Lenten Door – A Lent course for lockdown

Material to be used each day will be posted on the Diocesan website, beginning on Ash Wednesday and running through to Easter Sunday. For each day there will be a mixture of Scripture, prayers, music links and activities.

The material will be themed around spending time in different ‘rooms’ in a house. On Sundays we will begin at the door, move through the hall, sitting room, bedroom, kitchen, and creative space, ending with time in a place of prayer on Saturdays.

Those who would appreciate joining an on-line group for reflection, discussion and prayer will have three options:

Monday evenings (22 Feb, 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Mar) 7.00- 8.15pm,
led by Bishop Anne

Wednesday afternoons (24 Feb, 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 Mar) 2.00 – 3.15pm,
led by Bishop Anne and Revd Jenny

Friday mornings (19, 26 Feb, 5, 12, 19, 26 Mar) 10.30 – 11.15am,
led by Revd Jenny

To register for one of the groups above, please email the diocesan office, indicating which of the three group options here you wish to join. For administrative reasons, it will not be possible to visit different groups on different weeks.
