The Way to the Cross – Thursday 29 February

Today you’re invited to try the contemplative practice of walking a labyrinth. Labyrinths are often mown into grass, marked in stone and gravel, use hedges or can be handheld or on paper as a ‘finger labyrinth’. They can be used for prayer, to meditate on scripture, or to help with focussing on being with God.
