Rev’d Ian Ferguson resigns from Cathedral Chapter
My Dear Friends
I have received a letter from Canon Ian Ferguson with his resignation from the Cathedral Chapter. I would like to thank Ian for his hard work and support as a member of Chapter. I would personally wish to thank him for his pastoral care for me during this lengthy vacancy.
The Chapter is an advisory body to the Bishop and appointments are made in a variety of ways and according to the Cathedral Statutes, new appointments will be made according to those rules and with consultation with your new Bishop.
