The Diocese is reflecting theologically on environmental issues this year through the Christian Life project “All Creation Waits…” (funded by a grant from the Benefact Trust). To continue these reflections, a reflection activity will be posted each day (in the Food for Thought section of this website).
Each week, the whole week’s material will be posted at the beginning – the reflections and activities can be done in any order you choose. There are activities outside – the weather may impact when you do them!
Eternal God, who at the baptism of Jesus revealed him to be your Son, anointing him with the Holy Spirit: keep your people, born of water and the Spirit, faithful to their calling; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
Day 7:
- How do you relate your baptism to Jesus’ death and resurrection?
- What does newness of life following baptism mean to you and for your faith since your baptism?
