‘Lifting our souls, Trusting in God is the Diocese of Aberdeen and Orkney’s Lent and Easter Course for 2026. From Ash Wednesday (18 February) to Trinity Sunday (24 May) there will be daily posts on the website.
The name of the course comes from Psalm 25: 1-2. As we journey through Lent, Holy Week, Easter to Ascension and Pentecost the course aims to help us reflect, discern, and listen to God through these seasons.
The course is designed to be used by individuals or by groups. You may wish to gather once a week to reflect on the past weeks’ words and activities.
The reflections for each day will be posted on the Diocesan website under ‘Food for Thought‘.
