This cycle helps Anglicans globally to pray systematically for each diocese, its bishops, clergy, and people. The ACP fosters a sense of unity and connection among Anglicans, reminding them of their shared faith and mission.

The Porvoo Prayer Diary is a resource used by churches involved in the Porvoo Communion, a fellowship of Anglican and Lutheran churches in Europe, to guide their prayers. This diary helps to promote unity and mutual support through shared prayer, highlighting the cooperation and fellowship among the member churches.
