The Way to the Cross
The Diocesan Lent Course 2024 ran from Ash Wednesday to Pentecost covering the Lent and Easter Seasons. It was called ‘The Way to the Cross’ and was based on the Sunday lectionary readings for each week. Throughout the week we reflected on the readings, and resources from the tradition (words, art, music, poetry and prose), were introduced to a spiritual practice and invited to undertake some form of action or service. This built on the traditional Lenten practices of prayer, fasting and almsgiving.
